Vintage 1960s Dress Red Velvet Valentines Day Size Small Medium 1940s Hips: 42” aroundThis is a vintage 1960s dress made in a bright red cotton velvet fabric. It is made with a high scoop neckline, elbow length sleeves and a defined waistline. The skirt of the dress is gathered in tucks at the sides under the waist seam so that the skirt falls in drapes in a to the knee length. It does up with a nylo zipper at the back.
